Why Thermalite ( exfoliated vermiculite ) for Sunken filling?

Thermalite ( exfoliated vermiculite ) is a very light weight material when compare to other products in the market. For 1 CFT its only 5.6 kg to 6KGs approx when compare to brick jelly , Cinder etc., where brick jelly is around 60kgs approximately for 1CFT.

Mixing Ratio for Sunken filling:

1. For bathroom 3 bags or 4 bags of Thermalite with 1 bag cement
2. For floor rising 4bags or 5bags of Thermalite with 1 bag cement.

Why Thermalite for Weathering Course?

1. Light weight material, Sloping can be done easily so that water will not retain in the roof.
2. Since its Fire retardant will maintain room temperature during summer as well as winter.
3. Its a sound proof which has its own properties.

Mixing Ratio for Weathering course:

1.  4 bags of Thermalite with 1 bag cement.
